Capita’s project managers utilize Capita’s proven Framework Advantage methodology to ensure on time deliveries. Capita’s Framework Advantage has an established operational framework that encompasses fundamental project elements such as processes, phases, activities, tasks, deliverables and dependencies. This allows Capita to design quality into our systems, and build a re-useable library of objects and components. This methodology eliminates surprises by having regular client communication and formal client approvals of each milestone of work. This proven process results in an intuitive user interface, and reduced costs for development, testing, debugging, and training. This methodology has made Capita cost-effective and efficient, thus increasing our competitive edge.
Imelda graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Science (Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy (Cum Laude).
