It doesn’t matter whether you’re professionally qualified or fresh out of university – there’s plenty of places we can take you.

"I started my journey working for Capita Real Estate in marketing and bids. Following this fantastic opportunity in London I moved back to the North and worked with the Local Government, Health and Property bid team which was a great experience. In June 2015 I moved over to Parking Services, part of Integrated Services, and carried out a variety of sales, marketing and product development based roles before taking on a permanent contract in October 2015. Everyone that I have come across on my Capita journey has been exceptionally helpful and the fact that I still keep in regular contact with the majority of people is testament to the brilliant relationships that have been built.I now work in Capita Transformation, the consultancy arm of Capita, working in a fast paced environment with a variety of clients with varying needs, which is something that I enjoy.”



The application process


To begin with, you’ll be asked to set up a profile on our application portal which will give you the opportunity to look at the range of graduate career opportunities we have available.


Apply to your preference of programme or role and we will ask you a few simple questions. In some cases, you will have to prepare a small written piece. Once through the first section of the
application, we may ask you to complete verbal and numerical reasoning tests. If you haven’t completed any of these in a while, it’s worth looking online for free practice tests.


If you’re successful we will invite you to attend a telephone interview, at a time suitable to you. The final stage will be dependent on the role or programme that you are applying to. We may ask you to attend an assessment centre. Alternatively, you may be asked to attend an interview for specialist roles, allowing you to get a real understanding of day-to-day life in in a role with us.

Our locations

Most of our employees are based in our business centres across the UK and Ireland with our sites delivering the full life cycle of services from front end customer management to back office administration for all our clients. The diversity of our delivery network coupled with a strong presence throughout the UK and Ireland makes it highly likely that there will be a relevant graduate opportunity close to you.


Hints and tips

  • It’s OK if you are either not sure which programme is right for you, or if you are interested in more than one. Apply for the one that sounds most like you and let us know at the  telephone interview stage if you would like to also be considered for others or would like assistance in choosing which option is best for you.

  • Find out who we are: with such a large and diverse portfolio of business it can take some time to understand our specialisms, but there are lots of websites, information and reports that can help you. You will also often find our team at graduate career events around the country, so come along and see us.

  • Be yourself.
