Webinar: 5 lessons learnt when implementing automation
Capita’s head of automation, Anish Shah, and innovation and collaboration lead, Chris McKibbin, recently presented a short webinar on ‘5 lessons learnt when implementing automation’.
Over three decades, we’ve gained a huge amount of practical experience in transforming and running operations. But, in the last few years, we’ve also learned a lot about how automation can play a key part in this and how it can be implemented successfully. In particular, what the technologies can achieve in real life operations, how they fit into and change end-customer journeys, and what really matters when running a successful automation programme. In our webinar, Anish and Chris discuss these key learnings.
Anish is the head of our Automation Centre of Excellence. He has over 15 years’ experience of delivering transformational change programmes through a combination of Process and technological levers using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence(AI) tools. He works closely with technology partners using his skills and experiences to address operational and compliance challenges for Capita and its customers.
Chris, innovation and collaboration lead, is a passionate advocate for innovation (via technologies or techniques) and collaboration (with real people). He is based within Capita’s business development team with a remit for identifying, applying and trialling new technologies which matter to Capita and its clients; identifying new commercial and operating models that flow out of the uptake of these techs; and understanding existing and developing societal attitudes and pressures.
