Celebrating National Customer Service Week 2016

This week (3-7 October) is National Customer Service Week, a week of activity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.

Capita Customer Management is responsible for providing customer services to some of the top brands in the UK and we’re using this week to celebrate customer service excellence and recognise the efforts and achievements of our staff.
