Fit for change across local government service delivery conference
This complimentary conference is hosted by IRRV (London and Home Counties Association), Southwark Council and Capita.
Monday, 11 April, 1pm-5pm, London Southbank University, The Keyworth Centre - 21 Keyworth Street, London SE1 6NG
The conference is designed to help local authority leaders maximise their potential for developing sustainable delivery models and new ways of working – ensuring you and your organisation are fit to meet the future challenge of local government service delivery.
Within the context of the LGA’s ‘fit for the future’ report and through a mix of conference and workshop sessions, we will review the financial context to sustainable service delivery – looking at how you as leaders can maximise the fit for change potential in your organisation and focus on what can be done to drive new ways of working across local authority departments. Download the full agenda here.
There will also be a session to give attendees the opportunity to hear about the challenges and lessons learned from sites where Universal Credit full service have been rolled out.

- Dominic Cain, director of exchequer services, London Borough of Southwark
