Solace in the Midlands conference – attended by Capita
Catherine Howe, director of digital innovation At Capita, will be speaking at the Solace in the Midlands conference on December 1st at Interchange Place, Birmingham.
The theme of the event is innovation. As the sector faces continued challenges, it is vital that new approaches based on the needs of local communities are developed and implemented. The event will explore how innovative approaches, such as the use of data, digital and public sector assets are transforming public service delivery.
Catherine will be one of a range of speakers and her talk will centre around Innovation as both a driver and blocker of transformation. Innovation is critical to helping Councils face the challenges of the 21st Century, but without a tangible and managed approach it can block or hinder transformation programmes. Catherine will talk at 10:45 about making innovation part of how you work within the scope of a large scale transformation process.
