Scottish Public Pensions Agency awards pensions administration software contract to Capita
Capita Employee Benefits has been appointed by the Scottish Public Pensions Agency (SPPA) to deliver its integrated pensions IT software solution.
The scope of the contract is to implement and support an integrated pensions administration, payroll and digital services software solution for the Agency, which administers pension schemes for the National Health Service, Teachers, Police and Firefighters in Scotland.
Ross Paterson, chief executive of SPPA, said: “The award of this contract represents a substantial investment in our customer service capability. I relish overseeing a transformation in the delivery of our business by enhancing and extending the digital services we can provide to our members, employers and beneficiaries.
