Capita supports Palace to Palace

As part of our partnership with The Prince’s Trust, Capita were proud to support the 2016 bike ride, the charity’s largest mass participation event.

Completing the picturesque route from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, over 100 Capita cyclists took part, raising over £16,000 for the Trust. Capita was one of more than 100 different organisations that took part from across the country, raising a fantastic £650,000 for The Trust and its work with vulnerable young people.

Some famous faces also took part in the event, including Prince’s Trust Ambassadors Matt Barbet and Leon Lloyd, who were joined by former rugby player Lewis Moody MBE and weather presenter Carol Kirkwood. Other Capita people also got involved with the Great Capita Bike Off, our virtual bike ride. Nineteen teams took part, cycling more than 10,000 miles and raising over £5,000.

To round off our previous partnership with The Prince’s Trust, we’re supporting Palace to Palace again this year, as headline sponsor for the 2017 ride taking place in October.
