My M&M's
This eCommerce site is based on the eCometry platform. While the third party tool came with a number of features, we have been adding a significant number of code enhancements to custom features and functionalities, including:

- Seasonal creative and promotional variations
- Design and choose your own packaging and gift card
- Custom size orders based on history

Ingram Micro
The Ingram Micro reseller solution was an extensive eCommerce and content management solution. Ingram Micro is the world’s largest computer reseller, selling 140,000 SKUs equal to 40 billion dollars through 110,000 resellers worldwide.
The solution allows resellers to set up their own websites in a few days directly on Ingram Micro’s servers by choosing from an elaborate set of templates. Because these reseller sites are located on Ingram Micro’s servers, there is complete integration between ordering on the many different sites and order fulfillment and shipping, accounting/billing, warehousing, and partner production facilities.
This solution allows Ingram Micro’s management to continuously monitor product sales and keep inventories at the most efficient level. It also includes a complete online training tool to train both Ingram Micro and partner reseller employees on product features and functionalities. With more than 140,000 SKUs, this tool has been critical, as products constantly change. The training module allows managers to follow the learning progress of their employees.

Ritz Camera
We developed RitzCamera.com using the IBM WebSphere e-Commerce solution. The site handles thousands of SKUs and is a destination point for customers to learn about and research products prior to purchase (online or in-store). The site received the “Best of Web” award from Forbes.
The site’s eCommerce engine is directly integrated with the following Ritz Camera systems:
- Accounting
- Sales
- Order fulfillment and shipping
- Production/order replenishment
This allows Ritz Camera’s management to know what is being purchased, where an order is in the fulfillment process, and what products are in line for production/ordering from manufacturers.
Reusability: The success of the site led to the development of more than six “sister” sites. We developed the Ritz Camera site in such a way that it was easy to develop the next wave of sites. Some of these sites include www.outerbanksoutfitters.com and www.boatersworld.com.
The Ritz Camera solution features easy search of products and product usage information organized into different levels depending on how “deep” the reader wants to get into the information (e.g., high level, more detail, or significant product detail). This information has become the employee training tool for both retail and call center employees to quickly learn about new products and features.

OnFile
The OnFile website is one of the first applications where customers can store electronic medical files including x-rays, doctors’ notes, prescription information, and drug allergies. The site has special overview diagrams for emergency personnel who can get the most important medical details in case of a medical emergency.
New customers can purchase memberships directly online by choosing between multiple price structures, leveraging more than 25 different promotional codes. In addition, there is special pricing for signing up family members. The eCommerce engine also allows for signing up groups of people such as associations and organizations, e.g. firefighter and police organizations. The site is scaled to handle millions of users and thousands of concurrent membership purchases.
The application also contains a B2B aspect that allows HMOs and doctors’ offices to use the application as their electronic patient filing vault for patients they have signed up.
The security on the site is state-of-the-art and includes one-way encryption that cannot be hacked into. Several different alarm notification measures have also been added to avoid any unauthorized access.

Golf Energy Bar
The golfenergybar.com website was developed for the launch of energy bars specifically designed for golfers. The site is developed as a complete eCommerce site with a secure transaction solution based on Microsoft technology. The solution was developed with a dedicated database to capture customer information for future marketing use and for repeat customers to log in and re-order.
The site is simple and focused on providing clear product benefit information and easy, one-click ordering.
