To improve the customer experience, Capita helps its clients develop ethnic-specific, targeted multi-lingual websites and promotions. Here are a couple of examples:


Verizon

Verizon has recognized that many first generation Asian-Americans tend to view websites from their home country on a regular basis. Therefore, Capita and Ad-Asia developed multi-lingual Flash micro-sites to sell bundled Verizon services to first generation Chinese and Koreans.

Oscar Mayer and American Idol

As part of Kraft’s efforts to reach different ethnic groups, Capita developed a Spanish version of the Oscar Mayer Sing the Jingle promotion, in addition to many other Kraft promotions.
