Overview

Capita offers Search Engine Optimization (SEO) packages for the three different phases within the SEO process:

1. SEO Setup Packages geared towards the SEO analysis, planning and setup phase.
2. SEO Traffic Maximizer plans focused on executing the SEO plan and building organic traffic.
3. SEO Maintenance plans handling ongoing maintenance to keep SEO efforts at the achieved level according to the goals.

The SEO setup packages are based on a one-time fee and geared towards preparing your website for a Traffic Maximizer plan, which is executed ongoing on a monthly basis. Once you have reached your search engine result placement (SERP) goals, Capita offers a SEO Maintenance plan to ensure that you maintain your rankings moving forward.

Pricing Notes

1. The above prices are our standard list prices. For clients with multiple websites, volume discounts may apply.
2. The setup costs are based on the analysis necessary to understand the Client’s website, competitors’ websites, and competitive SEO efforts.
3. The recommended monthly campaign costs may vary slightly from the above costs based on the findings during the set-up and analysis period.
4. Once the SERP goals have been reached, the efforts do not need to continue at the same aggressive level. Therefore, the monthly maintenance costs of keeping the reached SERP levels are lower than during the build-up phase.
5. The time necessary to reach the SERP goals is based on the competitive efforts by the competition and will take 3-9 months to achieve. In markets with fierce competition, it may take more than 9 months to reach the goals.
6. All the above costs are based on a 3-months minimum plan.

 
SEO Campaign Plans

1. SEO Campaign Setup Packages

Capita’s SEO setup packages are geared towards websites that have not yet been fully optimized for search engines. The setup packages are essential for obtaining good search engine result placements (SERPs) because they establish the rock-solid foundation necessary to build and execute a successful long term SEO strategy.  The details of the packages are outlined in Exhibit A.

The SEO setup packages include the Pre-SEO Reporting Service and On-site Optimization Services. The Pre-SEO reports establish a baseline of where your website currently is in terms of search engine rankings and also includes the research required to determine a list of keyword phrases that should be targeted in order for your website to attain targeted visitors.

Platinum Setup Package
This package is geared toward companies who’s web presence is absolutely vital to the success of their organization. This is our most aggressive package and provides us with the most detailed analysis enabling us to focus on the highest impact versus activity strategies specific to your industry. This premium package includes everything needed for you to have strong assurance that your ongoing SEO initiative will have the highest level of success.

Gold Setup Package
This package includes the essentials to kick-start your SEO campaign and make sure that your site is ready to benefit from an extended ongoing SEO campaign.

2. SEO Traffic Maximizer Plans (Ongoing Monthly)

The SEO Traffic Maximizer plans are ongoing, monthly plans aimed at continually increasing your SERPs, and thus generating more targeted traffic. Each plan is based on the level of work required to create and distribute search engine optimized content both on your site and on other websites. Plan details are outlined in Exhibit A.

Platinum Traffic Maximizer Plan
This plan is geared towards obtaining marketing leadership in your industry. This is our most aggressive SEO offering and utilizes a variety of proven techniques to rapidly boost your website’s SERP and dramatically increased your targeted visitors.

Gold Traffic Maximizer Plan
This plan allows us to take a steady approach to building up your websites popularity among the major search engines.

3. SEO Maintenance Package

Once your SERP goals have been achieved and steadily maintained, you have the option of purchasing a plan focused on keeping an eye on your rankings to prevent your website's ranking from decreasing over time. Both on-site and off-site strategies are included in this package as needed to ensure that your rankings maintain long-term stability.

Generic Campaign Example

Following is an example scenario to explain the steps present in each of the three different phases within the SEO process:

A Client wants to increase its website’s monthly traffic by leveraging search engines to drive in organic and more targeted traffic.

• 1st Month – The Client purchases the Platinum Setup Package. Capita works with The Client to incorporate all necessary onsite optimizations on their website. Capita also provides all Pre-SEO reports included in the Platinum Setup Package. Once all onsite changes have been made, Capita is ready to execute an ongoing Platinum SEO Traffic Maximizer plan.
• 2nd Month –Capita utilizes the data captured in the Pre-SEO reporting of the planning phase to initiate an onsite and offsite content and link-building campaign. This effort focuses on increasing the Client website’s SERP for the keyword phrases determined in the planning phase.
• 3rd thru 6th Month – The Client continues to purchase the Platinum Traffic Maximizer Package. The content and back-linking campaigns continually increase the Client’s SERP, and targeted traffic continues to increase as the Client’s website gains search engine popularity.
• 7th Month and ongoing – The Client purchases the SEO Maintenance Plan. Once the Client’s SEO goals have been reached, the SEO Maintenance plan can be purchased to ensure that the Client’s SERP do not decrease. The SEO Maintenance plan includes monthly reporting and constant monitoring. Capita will continually adjust the content and linking strategies in place to ensure that the Client’s SERP remain strong and steady.
