How we recruit
To apply for a senior executive role you’ll need to submit a comprehensive CV and cover letter stating your current salary package. You’ll also need to include your work and home telephone numbers along with an email address that we can contact you on.
Individuals who meet the requirements of a role will have an initial interview with the Capita Senior Talent Resourcing team. Following this, there will be a number of interviews with relevant individuals from Capita.
We’ve carefully structured our interview process to give you the best possible insight into the way we work, and to provide you with plenty of opportunity to highlight your talents and reasons for wanting to join the team. By the end of the process, if we are a good fit, you’ll know.
Most of our employees are based in our business centres across the UK and Ireland with our sites delivering the full life cycle of services from front end customer management to back office administration for all our clients.
