This year the event is themed around the ‘Be Exceptional’ campaign, which aims to engage with civil servants and inspire reform across government.
We will be at the London event, at Olympia, with a workshop on 3 July, led by Hugh Ind, director for the Home Office, and Alistair MacTaggart, managing director of Capita’s secure border solutions business. Their session, which runs from 13:00-13:30, is called ‘Immigration caseworking – contracting and collaborating under the spotlight’. It will focus on how we worked with the Home Office to help improve performance in the processing of immigration cases, against a backdrop of significant changes to the immigration system, as well as high levels of political and media scrutiny – and the lessons learned.
This event is free to attend for civil servants and those who work in local government and the wider public sector – we look forward to seeing you there.
