About our experts:
Steve is the director of planning and building control for Capita Local Public Services. He has been with Capita for 10 years and is responsible for planning and building control for four of Capita’s strategic partnerships: Barnet, Breckland, Salford and North Tyneside with circa 250 professional staff.
Martin is an experienced policy planner with a focus upon planning for housing delivery, economic growth, sustainability and viability and leads Capita’s planning policy team in North Tyneside. Martin supported the North Tyneside Local Plan through its successful examination and is currently providing support to a range of public sector clients whilst maintaining the planning policy service for North Tyneside Council.
Ken has worked at regional and local authority levels for over 30 years on strategic planning, development plans and planning casework and is currently managing the Planning Policy team in Purbeck District Council. Ken has responsibility for progressing the Purbeck District Council’s replacement Local Plan from Regulation 18 consultation through to production of a pre-submission draft plan leading onto the submission to the Planning Inspectorate at the end of March 2019.
