Capita's O2 partnership scoops multiple awards for outsourcing

Capita’s O2 partnership has picked up three major industry awards at ceremonies held by the National Outsourcing Association and the CCA.

The awards recognise best practice in outsourcing projects, bringing together leading industry professionals to celebrate outstanding achievements over the past 12 months.

Capita’s partnership was awarded the Telecommunications, Utilities and High-Tech Outsourcing Project of the Year and BPO Contract of the Year by the National Outsourcing Association. In Glasgow, the partnership also won the prestigious CCA Excellence Award for Best Outsourcing Partnership.

This is the second consecutive year that the partnership has won the CCA Excellence Award.

As an internationally respected professional body on customer contact strategies and operations, the CCA Excellence Award for Best Outsourcing Partnership is highly sought after and the partnership faced stiff competition from six other entrants to win.

What an extraordinary two weeks it has been, being recognised by two of the highest-regarded industry bodies. Winning the same award for two consecutive years is a ringing endorsement of the hard work everyone in the partnership – from the advisors to the senior management team – puts into giving our customers the best service possible. Both Capita and Telefónica UK, O2’s parent company, remain committed to getting it right for customers by providing the information they want, at the time they need it, in the way that they choose. Both awards are an endorsement of the quality of work being delivered as the team continue to lead the way in delivering great customer service.
