The Custom Fit service is designed to fit the needs and resources of each individual school, with each school only paying for the level of service they need. The contracts provide a custom mix of services ranging from on-site support from an engineer, remote management and monitoring of key systems, access to technical specialists via the Capita help desk through to strategic guidance on their overall IT strategy and the innovative use of emerging learning technologies.
The 15 schools that have extended their Custom Fit contracts are based across the UK, in the East Midlands, London, Kent, the North West and Yorkshire. The schools range from a 180 pupil referral unit in East London to a 1,400 pupil Roman Catholic college in the North West of England.
