Tools
Over the last 8 years, we have built a significant library of reusable objects and tools that are thoroughly tested, allowing us to provide much more cost and time efficient solutions to our clients. Our library includes:

Sing the Jingle, Be a Star!
The promotion includes a partnership with American Idol and one of its former finalists Elliott Yamin. The promotion is multi-lingual, in both English and Spanish.
This is a Contest inviting contestants to sing their version of the Oscar Mayer Weiner jingle, the Bologna song or the Spanish version of the hot dog jingle for the opportunity to appear on TV. In addition, the grand-prize winners receive a trip to the “American Idol” Season 7 finale in Los Angeles.
Contestants may audition at Weinermobile stops as it makes its way across the country, or send in their video submissions via mail or online at www.singthejingle.com.
The judges utilize Capita’s online judging tool to access the videos from a secure extranet and rate each video based on a certain set of criteria. The judges will choose 12 finalists to post on the web site and then the public can vote for their favorite performance. When you vote, you also have a chance to win a prize instantly.
Additionally, when you buy one of the 250 million packages of Oscar Mayer meats labeled with the contest details, you can enter the UPC code (by cell phone or online) and instantly see if you won a prize. There will be many instant win promotions spread over the year to continuously attract customers to purchase products. Prizes include five trips to the “American Idol” finale, one thousand MP3 players, and 1,200 American Idol All Star Challenge DVD games.
Capita manages videotapes of tens of thousands of contestants.

Kraft - Oreo & Milk Jingle
Program Overview: Contest and Instant Win promotion entered via website. The Oreo & Milk Jingle 2006 Contest and Instant Win promotion allowed users to login and vote for one of the top 5 contestants from the Oreo & Milk Jingle competition. Consumers registered on the site (using the NabiscoWorld.com registration process) and used UPCs or a free code to place a vote for their favorite contestant. Voting also allowed consumers to participate in an instant win game where they could win cash and prizes, and entered them into a final random drawing.

Kraft - Spiderman Online Instant Win Game
This promotion was an Instant Win Game, which allowed consumers to register online to determine if they won. Consumers who received a "Winner" message downloaded and printed a Validation form to claim their prize. The win and lose messages included a unique authorization code which was stored in the database. Capita built the overall site, the HTML, and incorporated the Flash. Capita was responsible for the entire micro site from Registration/Login through the Instant Win results and prize claim form/page.

Masterfoods - Promotions and Website
Capita has worked with Masterfoods for seven years, building web sites and microsites for creative promotions (online and wireless), and customer databases. Through each promotion, Capita has helped Masterfoods collect customer information. This has enabled communication with ongoing dialogue to customers and prospects, giving us better insight into the types of messages and communication channels that increase brand loyalty and repeat purchase based on individual profiles and preferences.
The latest two promotions were for the STARBURST® and SKITTLES® brands: SKITTLES Shrek the Third and Text Thru Time.
Both are very engaging and interactive Instant Win Games and Sweepstakes with cash and prizes totaling over half a million dollars.
There is a registration process for each promotion where an account is created for the customer to keep track of “points” (loyalty program component) and prizes they have won. You can send eCards through the site (viral marketing component), and specifically for Text Thru Time, you can upload a picture and change the looks (hair, eyes, beard, etc.) before sending it as an eCard. Finally, you can play games, and purchase items with your “points.”

Instant Win Game - Match & Win - Starburst® Chillin' for a Million
Under the wrapper unique code promotion where customers go online, register/log in and enter their wrapper code and “win” one-half of a prize piece (5 possible prize pieces). With each subsequent valid code entry, they receive another half of a prize piece, and if it is a match, they win a prize. If not, they can play again. The promotional site is interactive, with Flash animated eCards with different singing penguins. A total of $1,000,000 is given away in cash and prizes. The site uses SSL to ensure the secure transmission of customer information over the Internet.

Instant Win Game - Text Message on Website - Starburst® More Juice
Promotion Overview: Unique under-the-wrapper game codes are required to participate in the promotion. To enter via cell phone, customers submit their under the wrapper code to a Short Code. The customer receives one of three responses:
1. If the code is not a valid promotional code, the customer receives an error message and is given the opportunity to re-try.
2. If the code is valid and the customer is deemed a winner, the customer receives a “Congratulations” text message.
3. If the code is valid, but the customer is not a winner, the customer receives a “Sorry” text message.

• Build the logic to validate the code using an algorithm
• Build the logic to determine if the customer is a “winner” or “not a winner”
