Capita’s executive committee consists of executive officers and functional heads who are entirely accountable for their division or function.
Our corporate structure is built around three divisions, supported by a number of shared services. The two core divisions - Capita Public Service and Capita Experience - are focused on distinct growth markets and client needs. The third division, Capita Portfolio, comprises an expanded portfolio of non-core businesses. These three divisions are all aligned with Capita’s overall strategy of simplify and strengthen in order to succeed.

Jon is responsible for the overall management and development of Capita, to achieve its strategic objectives – and return the business to organic growth and sustainable free cash flow.
Tim Weller
Chief Financial Officer
Tim is responsible for setting financial strategy and policy, and for implementing a framework of business controls to support Capita’s transformation and sustainable growth. He is also responsible for the internal audit and commercial functions.

Richard leads the division which is a strategic partner to government in the application of digital transformation to improve the productivity of operations and to help deliver essential services to millions of customers.
Corinne Ripoche
CEO, Capita Experience
Corinne leads the division which delivers multi-channel customer experience services across the UK and internationally for many leading brands in sectors ranging from telecommunications and utilities, to financial services and technology innovation.
Kathy Quashie
Chief Growth Officer
Kathy is responsible for Capita’s consulting, sales and market strategy – this comprises overseeing organic growth plans, supporting Capita’s transformation and driving change in the sales model.
Scott Hill
Chief People Officer
Scott is responsible for delivery of the company’s HR and people strategy, supporting and advising the organisation to evolve Capita’s culture and ways of working for all its employees.
Claire Denton
Chief General Counsel and Company Secretary
Claire is responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the Board of Directors and providing advice on alignment between strategy, governance and legislation and regulation. In particular, her role focuses on risk exposure, liability, compliance and governance.

Manpreet leads Capita’s newly formed Technology and Software Solutions shared service, which is responsible for delivering innovation and digital transformation for Capita’s businesses and clients.
