As a team, we’re multi-lingual, multi-functional and multi-talented and our work is varied, from responding to quick client opportunities to delivering complex services and working on brand new propositions that meet emerging needs. We work across both the Public Service and Experience divisions and on all aspects of the sales cycle.

    You’ll be there to take care of all your clients’ needs; maintaining and strengthening the relationships that you’re part of. Your work will see you searching for any new opportunity to support clients and create better outcomes for them and their customers.

    As part of our bid management team, you’ll report to the Bid Director and be surrounded by an experienced group of colleagues with expertise in bid management, co-ordination, writing and graphics.

    You’ll be part of the team searching for new opportunities with both new and existing customers. Your role will see you building strong relationships with every new client that comes our way and you’ll always be looking for ways to strengthen any existing relationships you’ve built.

    Your role is all about creating innovative and simple solutions for our clients’ needs. You’ll make the most of Capita’s expansive expertise and capabilities and work in partnership with other businesses to find the answers you need.
