We’ve been on a journey to build our own way of working: our ‘hybrid’ model means that you can work from home, or from one of our office locations, or choose to do a mixture of both. The emphasis is on choosing the right location for the work you need to carry out.
Across the UK
We have six main hubs located across the UK: in London, Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, Edinburgh and Belfast. And there are a number of other locations that support our UK hybrid working needs.
Within Europe, you’ll find us in the Republic of Ireland, Poland, Germany and Switzerland
A leader in the business process outsourcing market in Ireland, this is the home of our customer solutions business. More than 1,200 talented colleagues deliver multichannel customer engagement services to the utilities, telecommunications, media, travel, financial services, agriculture and public sectors.
Every year, our people support almost every household in the country with elements of their day-to-day lives, from answering queries about their electricity bill to helping them purchase a new phone contract. Our dedicated teams also offer IT, digital, project management, software development and people services, amongst others. You’ll find us at sites in Clonakilty, Bandon, The Airport Business Park, and Little Island in Cork, and we work closely with colleagues in teams in the UK and Poland.
We’ve grown from a team of 12 based in a single office space in 2011 to over 600 colleagues in sites across the country. We operate out of three state-of-the-art business centres in Kraków, Łódź and Opole, and we’re planning to double the size of our team over the coming year.
We manage a broad range of projects, offering expertise in areas such as multi-lingual customer services, administration, finance, procurement, IT, administration, HR, learning, data analysis and insurance. Our passionate, dedicated teams deliver multilingual business services, from managing complex back-office processes to more specialised support. As a result, all our colleagues have the opportunity to strengthen and expand their skillset by working with a wide range of clients.
Capita in Germany and Switzerland
We’re one of Europe’s leading outsourcing companies for customer management and digitisation, with 20 offices across Germany and Switzerland. We work with global brands to design better customer experiences, develop new software and IT solutions, and advise them on changing processes and procedures. Ultimately, we work to make the world a little easier for them and their customers.

South Africa is home to our multi-award-winning contact centre services business, which is supporting leading, global brands to transform their customer experience. We work with 11 prestigious UK clients across a diverse range of sectors, and our team of over 4,000 colleagues handles 16.8m calls, 1.2m web chats, and processes 700,000 back-office transactions each year.
