How we support military service leavers
Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP)
We’re proudly supporting the British Army to attract, source and select both Regular and Reserve officers and soldiers. Our Recruiting Partnering Project team is made up of both Capita and military colleagues with a wide range of expertise and experience.
Together, we’re guiding and supporting people who want to join the Army, so that we can take the best candidates forward and help them find where they belong.
Typical roles
Military service leavers
We offer a huge range of roles across a number of different areas that are suitable for military service leavers and their spouses.
Projects and change
Within this area, you could use your skills to join us as a project manager, programme director, business analyst or similar. You’ll be helping to make change happen for our clients and transforming how they work for the better. We work across a wide variety of projects within both the public and private sector.
Technology and software
You could join us as an information and cyber security specialist, helping to increase our customers’ security posture and protect against business risks (including people, process & technology) from a range of criminal activity.
Defence
We work closely in partnership with the MOD and offer a range of roles to support projects we’re part of. You could become a Fire Service training instructor at the Fire Service College, helping to train current and future firefighters and emergency service personnel. Or you could join us within our Recruiting Partnering Project with the British Army where there are roles such as medical assessor, lead recruiter and administrator.
Customer service
Here you’ll find our typical customer service roles within our call centres supporting a variety of big name clients, from high-street banks to Virgin Media O2, Samsung and the RSPCA. If you’d prefer a field-based customer service role, you could join us as a field-based monitoring officer. They’re helping the Ministry of Justice to track individuals in the local area with monitoring equipment to support them to complete their sentences outside of prison.
