The Home move campaign aims to deliver outstanding customer service for those relocating. Its main objectives are to facilitate seamless transitions, maintain the current customer base, and attract new clients while promoting Energy Services products.
Home move agents manage data for domestic accounts during customer relocations involving ScottishPower. This involves processing changes to moves, including date alterations and meter readings, and reversing transactions when necessary.
Additionally, agents seek opportunities to sell extra fuels and promote Energy Services products.
Job Description
