Job description:
Capita is looking for a General Manager for a key client account in Clonakilty, Republic of Ireland.
Reporting into the Client Partner / MD, this will be a critical role within the division taking operational ownership of a particularly dynamic account, allowing the individual to have real ownership over the strategic direction of the account with plenty of autonomy, and overseeing a large team of direct and indirect reports. This will include planning, management, SLA management, change control, KPIs, forecasting, operational client relationships and business goals.
We are seeking an individual with demonstrable leadership experience in the BPO industry, who also has a prior track record of leading and supporting on growth / business development initiatives. The role will be one that will involve a lot of client facing aspects, so a confidence and gravitas along with strong interpersonal skills is essential.
This represents an excellent opportunity for a leader within the BPO industry to take on a role that can allow them to have a real impact on the future of the account, with plenty of opportunity for future development.
The role will worked be on a hybrid basis, split between working from home and from our Clonakilty office, with office visits on a weekly basis. As such, it’s essential that you reside within commuting distance from Clonakilty.
