Job Description
What is the work in our company like?
  • you can work full-time or part-time – we can adapt the schedule to your individual situation

  • you can choose between voice and non-voice customer service role

  • you can work from home, go hybrid or work from one of our offices – whatever works for you

  • we will give you full on the job training & equipment

Day in the Company

  • you will work 8 hours a day with 30 minutes for lunch included in that time

  • you will support customers and answer their questions via phone, webchat, email

  • you will practice your language skills every day

  • we want you to succeed, so you will get full support from your Line Manager, dedicated Trainer and Quality Analyst
