Job description:
As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will:
• Work as a part of a team focused on operational procurement delivery, including competitive tendering, supplier onboarding, and supplier compliance.
• Ensure procurement processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with Capita’s sourcing policies and governance frameworks.
• Support strategic sourcing teams by providing data analysis, and supplier performance feedback.
• Champion supplier relationship management practices, ensuring consistent engagement and performance monitoring with customer related contractual commitments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with category managers and divisional stakeholders to ensure procurement operations support broader business goals.
