Our latest research paper titled The road to change: water usage and net zero explores consumers’ attitudes towards water usage, the barriers to adopting a smart meter, together with what they think about their water providers with regard to helping them to lead a greener lifestyle.
The research reveals that consumers understand the importance of monitoring their household water usage and they feel that tackling environmental issues should be a joint responsibility of water companies, regulators and the government.
