Our latest white paper, Testing the UK’s views on water usage and water metering, is a result of our research into public attitudes towards water usage.

We commissioned omnibus consumer research of 2,000 UK adults in a survey that explored consumers’ attitudes and barriers towards adopting a smart meter, and which actions they take to reduce water wastage.

We also asked them what they think about their providers with regard to helping them to lead a greener lifestyle and whether they think water companies are doing enough to address climate change.
