Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Support execution of the people strategy
● Support delivery of HR Business Partnering
● Provide HR guidance and interpretation to operational teams
● Drive focus on resource plans, learning and skills development, D&I, succession and engagement
● Ensures essential policies and procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline
● Ensure transactional HR activity is competed and works closely with Employee Relations
● Support on disposals with transactions HR SMEs and work on complex issues/TU management
● Support on coordination and reporting duties for the pillar where required
● Ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline
● Contributes to resolving complex problems that do not have routine solutions
● Promote Capita’s Corporate values and behaviours and increase diversity of thought.
