Strategic Sales & Bid Director - Public Sector Pensions Home-based with occasionally travel to offices/clients as required We are looking for a Strategic Sales & Bid Director (SSBD) to be a part of our Public Sector Pensions Leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of high-value opportunities. This position will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that ensures the business captures large, strategic deals while optimizing the end-to-end sales process. The SSBD will be a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management and cross-functional collaboration to influence decision-making, mitigate risks and help drive long-term growth. The SSBD is responsible for driving effective qualification readiness, appropriate solution design, commercial deal design and planning for strategic prospect plans, dialogue & negotiation planning and management of internal governance processes to aid the closure of deals in order to provide in-year revenue growth and drive longer-term future revenue value. Job Description Summary Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”. You will be responsible for the instruction of military students in Workshops techniques. The purpose of this role is to provide the delivery of Workshops Techniques to Royal Navy students on their Phase 2 and 3 career courses This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
