As a Customer Service Advisor at Capita, you'll join a team dedicated to supporting our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive, top-notch customer service, handling phone and email enquiries, and promoting products and offers based on customer needs.
Job Description
Your responsibilities:
1. Customer support through various channels (incoming calls and messages)
2. Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
3. Providing information related to administrative and technical aspects (products, invoices, etc.)
4. Implementing changes to the system
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service
6. Selling and promoting products during customer conversations
Our requirements:
1. Italian language skills at a minimum level of C1
2. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment after the onboarding period in Krakow
3. Willingness to work in a 5-day, 40-hour shift system, Monday through Sunday (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
