We’re looking for an Estates Administrator to join our team and help keep our recruiting sites running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Upavon and South-Central Estate Manager to make sure our facilities are safe, compliant, and ready for action.

By supporting estate management, you’ll be providing the essential services that allow our recruiting teams to focus on what they do best — finding and supporting new talent.

This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. This is an onsite role working from our offices in Upavon, Wiltshire.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing administration support to Recruiting Group Headquarters and the National Recruiting Centre
  • Processing all incoming post and outgoing mail
  • Managing electronic filing systems to ensure documents are stores correctly
  • Supporting with stationary ordering
  • Assisting with compliance or H&S issues

Essential qualification/skills/experience

  • Previous administration experience
  • Good IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A team player with initiative
  • Proactive approach

Desirable qualification/skills/experience

  • Some H&S experience, would be an advantage
  • AI skills, would be an advantage
