Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, interactive digital and adaptive learning content aligned with project goals
- Work with SMEs to develop blended learning materials (videos, webinars, podcasts, case studies, scenarios, etc.) while maintaining version control
- Use feedback, data, and new technologies to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and learner experience
- Keep stakeholders informed through regular progress updates and presentations
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during the development process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design and motion design, including work with video and audio tools (experience in e-learning tools will be an asset)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to deliver high-quality work on time
- Flexible and collaborative, with a strong customer-focused approach
