Becoming a Junior Recruitment & HR Administrator, you will support the recruitment and HR teams by handling onboarding administration, coordinating medical checks, and providing day-to-day support to the HR Operations team.
Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Manage the end-to-end collection and storage of onboarding documents for our new hires. This includes ensuring that all necessary documents are gathered and securely stored.
- Organize and manage end to end the complete signing process of contracts for new joiners, making sure everything is signed and sealed promptly.
- • Support the administration of the termination process, including securing sign-off for the required order of termination, completing leaver forms, and ensuring the return of any company equipment.
- Ensure that new joiners receive all relevant details about their contract signing date, their first day at the company, additional health insurance, food vouchers, and other pertinent information.
- Maintain accurate employee records by updating HR files, trackers, and systems with the latest information about new joiners. This includes maintaining digital employee record files by scanning the already signed new joiners’ documents.
- Assist with the payroll cycle by requesting and collecting necessary details and documents from employees, such as personal questionnaires, IBAN, sick leave forms.
- Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews and facilitating communication with candidates.
- Provide general administrative support to HR Operations, including filing, reporting, and document control.
- Respond to basic employee queries regarding onboarding and other HR processes, ensuring everyone is well-informed and supported.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR and recruitment projects and tasks, as needed.

- Generate monthly food vouchers protocols
Requirements:
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or administration (previous experience is not required).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
