In order to assist in the provision of the DSA Assessment service Capita are looking to recruit a MI & Data Insights Lead.
The MI & Data Insights Lead is responsible for understanding and maintaining a reporting solution to meet the needs of the Assessment as a service Capability, which will serve multiple clients. This individual has an in-depth understanding of BI tools, SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate and Salesforce with the ability to translate complex business requirements into a high-performing reporting solution and advanced analytic suite for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain and publish appropriate and to-the-point dashboards which
Ensure that reporting processes are documented.
Collation of Inputs from multiple teams across all areas of the business.
Review processes for obtaining data and review to ensure that this is as robust and efficient as possible.
Manage both internal and external resources, timelines, and milestones across a vertical set of industries.
Advanced SQL skills to be able to write and amend SQL scripts with stored procedures.
Advise on and implement advanced and predictive analytics to further enhance the service provision.
SSRS and SSIS knowledge to understand and support the solution.
About You
Essential skills:
Expert understanding of SQL, Power Query, Power BI & Power Automate
Ability to reverse engineer reports and solutions
Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its data structure
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting suite and experience building and utilising Salesforce reports
