Capita Experience is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of CBI-regulated services for our insurance client.

This is a remote role based in Ireland, with travel required across the country and internationally as needed.

While the position offers remote working flexibility, the successful candidate must be resident in Ireland to meet operational and travel requirements.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with APA-level qualifications and a strong foundation in operational or regulatory roles, looking to take the next step in their career, to gain or grow their international experience.

Based remotely in Ireland, with periodic travel across the country and into Europe, you’ll be responsible for performance delivery and customer success, for teams located outside of the jurisdiction of Ireland.

In partnership with peer Operational Managers on-location, you will drive a strong risk culture that enables the delivery of compliant, high-quality customer experiences.

You will engage regularly with clients and play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence, while actively supporting the execution of a dynamic transformation roadmap, guiding the team toward a blended model of human and digital service delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of client success, operational execution, and regulatory assurance, offering long-term career progression, exposure to a leading insurance brand, and the chance to shape future-ready capabilities in a digitally evolving sector.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • MCC Qualified with 2+ years in a CF1 or CF7 controlled function.
  • APA Qualified in General Insurance (CIP preferred or in progress).
  • QFA/APA qualification required.
  • 3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills.
  • Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
  • Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach.
