Outbound Sales Agent – Training in Cork – OTE up to €34,000

What you’ll be doing as an Outbound Sales Agent:

• You’ll make outbound calls to our existing customer base
• You’ll use your Sales techniques to pitch, promote and sell boiler services
• You’ll identify and assess and build rapport with customer, you’ll understand their needs and ensure you provide accurate and updated product information and offer solutions to benefit the customer
• You’ll explain the benefits of our services and answer customer questions.
• You’ll meet and exceed Sales targets
• You’ll provide an exceptional customer service experience whilst adhering to regulatory requirements
• You’ll use various systems and ensure these are updated accurately

In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following skills & experience:

• Prior Sales experience within a similar Outbound Sales role
• Target driven with experience of exceeding sales targets
• Commission driven
• Professional and engaging telephone manner
• Team player
• Self driven with great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong PC skills, with the ability to handle different systems at the same time
• A dedicated workspace to carry out your role

You must have prior sales experience and be able to complete training from our Little Island office. Candidates who do not have sales experience or cannot travel and train in our office can view other opportunities on our careers page.
