We’re on the lookout for a high-calibre, adaptable, and confident Oversight Lead to join our team in Ireland. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee up to 7 team members working toward their APA qualifications in General Insurance, ensuring they meet regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service.
Job Description
The MCC Coach will be based remotely in Ireland but will partner with and support teams across Capita's European footprint.
The role is ideal for an experienced Senior Advisor or Team Leader with APA qualifications who is passionate about coaching, compliance, and building the next generation of regulatory talent.
Reporting to the Operations Manager in Ireland, you’ll play a central role in guiding colleagues on their path to achieving MCC accreditation in General Insurance, ensuring adherence to Central Bank of Ireland standards while fostering service excellence. Acting as both a subject matter expert and mentor, your expertise and coaching will become the foundation for knowledge transfer, skills and accreditation for teams located outside of the jurisdiction of Ireland, and you'll be instrumental in embedding a strong risk culture and enabling the delivery of compliant, high-quality customer experiences to the same high in-country standard.

What We’re Looking For:
- APA in General Insurance (CIP or QFA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CF1 or CF7 leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and call centre operations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.
- A flexible, resilient mindset with a keen eye for detail.
