Job Description
This role is based on-site at our Assessment Centre in Lichfield.

What you’ll be doing
- lead the charge in coordinating clinicians and health technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Medical Wing
- deliver hands-on care by conducting a range of medical screening tests including ECGs, spirometry, audiometry, and more
- support every candidate’s journey by clearly explaining their results and outlining next steps before they leave the medical centre
- keep operations running smoothly by managing medical supplies, procurement, and stock accountability
- build trusted relationships through effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- stay sharp behind the scenes by handling essential admin tasks and using IT systems confidently to maintain accurate records
What we’re looking for
Essential Skills
- registered Nurse with a valid NMC qualification
- confident IT user, comfortable navigating digital systems and tools
- strong people management and communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams and collaborative environments
- knowledgeable in medical equipment and consumables used in clinical testing environments
Desirable Skills
- previous experience in health screening is desirable; however, training will be provided for all clinical tests and procedures
