As a Talent Development Lead, you will be responsible to support, administer, report on and develop our future leaders within the business currently on existing succession planning initiatives through collaborating with L&D, Operations and Support areas by applying best practice methodologies that contribute to the high standard of our future business leaders.
Job Description
Key Performance Areas
- Participate in all succession planning initiatives through collaboration, coaching, mentoring and support
- Responsible for all administration, reporting and coordination relating to succession planning programmes
- Participate in the measurement of ROI for all Succession programmes, including the reporting thereof
- Coach, mentor and support individuals on relevant programmes including creation and management of individual PDP’s
- Responsible for the preparation of identified talent for the future
- Participate in the selection of future leaders for relevant succession programmes
- Deliver learning programmes, where relevant, focused on adult learning methods and based on individual needs business priorities and best practice;
- To provide support as a team member with regards to learning & development projects and technology;
- To adhere to organisational best practices and legislative requirements (Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act);
- To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training by deploying measurement and feedback tools that track outcomes and ensure alignment of objectives as well as to assess and provide feedback to learners;
- To build and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders;
- To maintain a consistent service delivery to ensure client satisfaction;
- Continuously evaluating and improving internal processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies;
- Maintain an understanding of the latest training trends, developments and best practices;
- Attending relevant meetings to understand business requirements and how to offer support
- Lead on L&D projects and contribute towards projects to deliver strategic objectives
- Ensures compliance to the T&C and internal Accredited QMS scheme is maintained

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
- Matric (Completed)
- Assessors, Moderators and Facilitators certificates with relevant experience – Non-negotiable
- Skills Development Facilitator certificate with relevant experience – Preferred
- COMENSA registered – Preferred
Desired Qualification:
- National Diploma in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices, or equivalent - Preferred
Minimum Experience:
- Talent Management experience – Non-negotiable
- Experience in middle and senior level Coaching & Mentoring – Non-negotiable
- Min 3 years call centre experience preferably within a BPO – Non-negotiable
- 2 years’ management experience within a L&D area – Preferred
- Instructional design experience – Preferred
