Senior Power Platform Developer Home Based Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to be a key member of the Digital Solutions leadership team, supporting the Head of Digital Transformation and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Capita Pensions Solutions. You will engage daily with internal stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and deliver cutting-edge, scalable solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform suite—Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio—while driving innovation and long-term platform strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and supporting wider functions including MI/BI, IT, Finance, HR, and Operational Governance. With a focus on enterprise-grade development, you will lead the design and implementation of integrated solutions across multiple business units, supporting both front-line operations and strategic initiatives.
