Venue Receptionist’s play a very important part in the team and the day to day running of the business, being the first and last point of contact for all our visitors and staff. Your role will include a wide range of responsibilities from meeting and greeting claimant’s and their companions who come into venue for their assessment, managing the security of the venue, exchanging verbal and written information and therefore you will put claimant’s wellbeing at the heart of everything you do.
