📚 Accreditation Specialist
🕒 Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week – Fixed Term until March 2027
📍 Home based with some travel
💰 Salary up to 37,000 depending on skills & experience
🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster – This role is part of the Training Transformation and Modernisation area of Selborne, which aims to improve Royal Navy training. The accreditation team works across five key units—Warfare, Weapons Engineering, Communication Information Systems, Defence Diving School, and Royal Naval Leadership Academy. They lead and manage accreditation requirements, actively driving change and ensuring the accreditation process is modern and suitable for Royal Navy personnel.
You will be required to provide overall Accreditation accountability for outcomes within your allocated Training Delivery Unit.
The role will be home based with the expectation of travel to the Portsmouth/Plymouth area every other week.
