This role is an essential member of the Royal Navy’s Learning and Development Organisation (LDO) at HMS Raleigh primarily supporting phase 1 trainees. The role will work to provide informative and supportive advice and guidance to phase 1 trainees on the future of their service careers as well as ensuring key administrative and organisational tasks are completed with information being shared with Royal Navy colleagues. This role is a Term time only role with 2 weeks holiday at Christmas and Easter and 4 weeks in August.
