Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure has been appointed by Santander UK plc to provide corporate real estate services across its UK portfolio over the next three years.
Capita will provide a full range of professional services including valuation, acquisition and disposal, lease advisory and management services across Santander’s freehold and leasehold portfolio, comprising the retail branch network, offices and data centres.
Santander UK is a leading financial services provider that offers a wide range of personal and commercial financial products and services in the UK. The bank serves around 14 million active customers through channels that include the Retail branch network and regional corporate business centres.
