Evaluating fairly using a detailed marking guide to grade candidates accurately and providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere throughout the assessment process. This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week onsite. This will include overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duties once per week. You will be expected to work one weekend per month, which includes a Saturday and Sunday.
