We’re recruiting Service Delivery Managers (SDM) to work on our newly formed Service Delivery Desk and across a portfolio of accounts. Our Service Delivery colleagues are split into three different tiers: T1, T2 & T3.
As a T1 SDM you’ll be a key team member, forming our service delivery desk dealing with first touch queries and offering a triage service, delighting our customers.
As a T2/3 SDM you'll be accountable for all aspects of service delivery across a portfolio of assigned accounts. Driving continuous improvement, you will own and deliver compliant operational services in line with the wider TSS strategy. As a thought leader, you’ll ensure we are doing the right thing by our clients through collaboration with our growth and operational teams, ensuring we delivery better outcomes.
