Job description:
A .Net/VB Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using .Net and Visual Basic programming
language. This role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring the architecture aligns with business requirements, and maintaining high
standards of software quality. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture of .Net and VB and -based
applications. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Visual Basic and .Net developers, providing guidance and support, produce POC's for
modernization of application. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within
budget. Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for .Net and Visual Basic.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and
translate them into technical specifications. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues within Visual Basic and .Net
applications. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, code, and project-related processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Extensive experience in .Net and Visual Basic programming and software development. Technical
Skills: Proficiency in .Net, Twilio and Visual, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education: A
degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is often preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant certifications
in software architecture or .Net programming. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
