Digital Product Lead – Pensions (Digital Internal and Client Portal)

As the Digital Product Lead, you will help manage the digital experience for internal Capita users and our client. You will contribute to determining the internal user experience, aligning them to the Capita pensions digital strategy and identify gaps to help achieve challenging outcome targets and building digital assets for the strategic client portal.
You will be a key part of the new digital platform delivery for Internal users and clients. Your responsibilities will include developing, launching, and improving digital products and you will work closely with the Pensions Product Solutions Team and design principles plus wider cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, operational and engagement teams.
You may also be expected to manage a digital engagement executive to assist with the delivery of the new platform transition.
As the Digital Internal & Client Product Lead, you'll be expected to work closely with strategic clients & internal stakeholders to understand their specific digital needs and be able to prioritise these needs to inform the roadmap. You will be an enabler for the operational teams by helping provide them with the information and tools required to fulfil their role.
