Day-to-day, you’ll be there to provide the support needed to deliver projects successfully. You’ll assist with the requirements, agreed budgets, plans, schedules and delivery dates, as well as analysing any business issues and needs using the appropriate methodologies and techniques.
You’ll manage the delivery and governance of a specific portfolio of work for one or more clients. Your work will focus on implementing business and technology change across both external clients and internal accounts.
You’ll be responsible for delivering new capabilities and establishing governance over a programme of work. The role also takes responsibility for the direction of the programme, delegated from the senior responsible owner.
You’ll be leading and managing the set-up of a programme and then delivering new capabilities, bringing the benefits to life and overseeing the programme closure.
You’re the one responsible for any change requests coming in. From start to finish, you’ll ensure that any requirements are clearly defined, feedback is collated to show the impact to business areas. You’ll produce impact documents, gain the right approvals and ultimately, ensure the delivery of the change request.
At this level, you’ll be managing the successful delivery of the projects you work on to an agreed time, cost and quality. You’ll be involved at every stage of the lifecycle and will help to define any deliverable and governance models that are needed.
You’re the one ensuring that we have everything in place to deliver all of our projects and strategic initiatives successfully. You’ll set the tone and create the right environment for the team to build their expertise and have the capacity to meet business demands. The role is responsible for the Project Management function, which includes a group of project managers and a PMO team.
This role covers all aspects of the daily administration functions with the PMO team. You’ll offer support to project coordinators and project support colleagues, and you’ll look after the daily management of the support functions. This includes reporting, tracking, planning and assessing quality. You’ll also have the ability to introduce and continually improve business practices.
Your role will involve working on both large scale and complex projects, typically with project managers as direct reports. You’ll define the key deliverables and establish governance models.
