Resilient, integrated communications
Delivering a unified platform for radio and telephony communication
The DS3000 Integrated Communication Control System (ICCS) provides single touchscreen control to a host of integrated subsystems.
It is fully compatible with the UK’s Emergency Service Network and capable, through its open integration interface, of being deployed in conjunction with the latest next-generation communication networks.
And, although traditionally used by public safety agencies, we're seeing a growth of interest in the DS3000 for use in securing communications across the critical national infrastructure sector, including oil, gas and water utilities in the Middle East.

How it works
The DS3000 has been designed to provide single touchscreen control to a host of integrated subsystems. These can include digital trunk and analogue PMR radio systems, call handling systems, digital and analogue telephony, CCTV, voice recorders, intercom systems, door locks and alarms.
It also provides the capability to integrate with both internal and external sources for provision of the correct decision-making information for the dispatch process.
Key features include:
- an intuitive user interface resulting in reduced training time
- functions accessed via a touchscreen or mouse
- multi-lingual options
- efficient call logging
- integrated voice recorder
- safety broadcasts configured to provide automated announcements
- management information reporting to show control room activity, operational performance, system loading and optimisation.
